Corporate Yoga
ESF corporate yoga classes explore physical yoga postures and mindfulness activities that will reduce stress. The physical practice is inspired by the Ashtanga, Vinyasa and Hatha yoga styles. Employees will also be introduced to several breathing and meditation exercises that can be practiced in or outside of the yoga sessions.
